Patient Care Coordinator

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our team! This role is a key part of our front office, where you will help patients understand their treatment options, coordinate care, and support the office with receptionist and insurance tasks.

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday through Thursday
• Hours vary

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist patients with questions and concerns
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments
• Verify insurance eligibility, coverage, and benefits prior to appointments
• Update patient demographics, insurance information, and medical records
• Communicate appointment instructions, reminders, and follow-up information
• Coordinate with insurance companies and healthcare providers as needed
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
• Provide professional, courteous, and compassionate customer service
• Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily office operations

Qualifications

• 1+ years of previous dental office, healthcare, or customer service is highly preferred
