Location: Tiffany Springs, North Kansas City, Missouri
Shift and Compensation:
- Shift: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday
- Hours: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
- Pay: $16.50 per hour
LSI Staffing is currently seeking motivated and reliable individuals for General Laborer and Packager positions for a reputable client in the Tiffany Springs area of North Kansas City.
Job Summary: LSI Staffing is seeking hardworking General Laborers and Packagers for 1st shift opportunities in Tiffany Springs. These positions offer a Monday through Friday schedule with competitive pay. We are looking for individuals who are eager to work and contribute to a positive team environment.
Responsibilities (may vary depending on the specific role):
General Laborer:
- Performing various physical tasks in a warehouse or production environment.
- Loading and unloading materials.
- Moving and organizing products.
- Assisting with setup and cleanup of work areas.
- Other general labor duties as assigned.
Packager:
- Inspecting products for quality before packaging.
- Assembling boxes and containers.
- Carefully packaging products according to specifications.
- Labeling packages accurately.
- Maintaining a clean and organized packaging area.
- Meeting production quotas and quality standards.
- Other packaging duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience is required for these entry-level positions; however, previous experience in general labor, packaging, or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Must be able to work the scheduled 1st shift hours.
