Job description:

We're looking for detail-oriented Avionics Technicians who are passionate about electronics, diagnostics, and hands-on repairs. If you enjoy working with complex systems and want to be part of a high-performing team in the aerospace industry, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

  • Test, troubleshoot, and maintain avionics systems and aerospace components.
  • Use diagnostic tools (like multimeters) to identify and resolve electronic issues
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams
  • Perform hands-on repairs—including soldering and component rebuilds
  • Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and quality standards
  • Document all maintenance, repair, and inspection work
  • Collaborate with a supportive team and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Lift and maneuver equipment as needed (some physical work involved)

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience as an Avionics Technician or in a related electronics repair field
  • Comfort with soldering and using electrical testing tools
  • Familiarity with schematics, wiring diagrams, symbols, and production illustrations
  • Must have knowledge and experience using multi meter
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Team-oriented with good communication skills
  • Able to handle physically demanding tasks and occasional heavy lifting

Preferred but Not Required

  • Previous experience in aerospace MRO or aviation manufacturing
  • FAA certifications or training in avionics repair
