Position Responsibilities:Ā Ā
- Supervise assigned staff to include: Interview, Recruiting, hire, train, coach, counsel, transfer, promote and when necessary discipline and terminateĀ
- Drive regional talent development and succession planning through strategic coaching and performance reviewsĀ
- Handle customer complaints in a timely and courteous mannerĀ
- Communicate all company and department-related issues as requiredĀ
- Champion cultural and operational change across the sales organization, positioning the company for future growth and innovationĀ
- Lead sales strategy meetings and monthly business performance reviews to drive accountability and progress on objectivesĀ
- Other projects or duties as assignedĀ
Required Education and Experience:Ā Ā
- Bachelorās Degree with 10 plus years of related experience and 6 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 13 plus years of specific experience and 7 plus years of management experienceĀ
Preferred Education and Experience:Ā Ā
- Masterās DegreeĀ Ā
