Role Overview

This position provides administrative support to the Nurse Practitioner in the Pediatric Urology Department. The role ensures smooth daily operations and coordination of patient care activities.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support the provider with day‑to‑day needs

  • Schedule patient appointments

  • Conduct follow‑up calls

  • Manage Cerner messages

  • Maintain and update the provider’s schedule

  • Communicate and collaborate with multiple departments

  • Provide basic administrative and technical support, including:

  • Calendar management

  • Meeting coordination

  • Travel arrangements

  • Invoice processing

  • Responding to inquiries

  • Address basic administrative or technical issues with minimal guidance

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • 0–3+ years of relevant experience; prior administrative experience preferred

  • Experience working in a matrixed or complex environment is a plus

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
