Description

Summary: 

Provides coordination and oversight of all aspects of agency facility, vehicle and ground-keeping maintenance.


FLSA Status: Non-Exempt


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the repair and maintenance of all agency facilities and equipment.
  • Oversee and coordinate the repair and maintenance of all agency vehicles.
  • Provide general ground-keeping maintenance by mowing, trimming, weeding, spraying, snow removal, etc. or oversee these tasks by external vendors.
  • Perform routine repairs to Noble facilities as needed.
  • Obtain and evaluate quotes from external vendors as needed.
  • Develop and oversee a preventative maintenance program for agency facilities.
  •  Develop and oversee a preventative maintenance program for agency vehicles.
  •  Move furniture and other items within Noble’s facilities and assist with client moves in Noble’s residential program as needed.
  • Follow all safety guidelines regarding the use of equipment, machines, tools, personal protective equipment and work processes.

Requirements

  • Skilled in completing routine facility repairs (plumbing, mechanical, etc.).
  • Ability to negotiate contracts with outside vendors.

Education and Experience: 

  • Experience in buildings/grounds and maintenance operations preferred.

Physical Requirements: 

  • Must have ability to lift/move materials weighing up to 75 pounds frequently.
  • Must have ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and operate machinery frequently
