Part-Time Groundskeeper

Franklin Cove Apartments is seeking a dependable and motivated Part-Time Groundskeeper to help maintain a clean, attractive, and welcoming community for our residents and guests.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of groundskeeping, landscaping, janitorial, maintenance, or related experience, a strong work ethic, and pride in maintaining excellent curb appeal.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall appearance and curb appeal of the property.
• Clean and maintain laundry rooms, clubhouse/leasing office, maintenance shop, and dumpster areas.
• Perform daily trash and debris removal throughout the community, including parking lots and common areas.
• Assist with lawn care and landscaping efforts to keep the property looking its best.
• Monitor the community for cleanliness and address issues promptly.
• Support the site team with additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend availability as needed.
