Performs minor equipment maintenance and manual labor as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor or Department Director. May oversee special projects assigned by the Association Director of Buildings and Property. May train or provide guidance to other Center Maintenance staff teams on assigned projects. Assist Maintenance, Buildings & Grounds staff in conducting weekly equipment and safety checks. Minor equipment maintenance and repair and moving equipment and heavy objects from one location to another as needed. Perform other duties and assignments as needed at the YMCA. QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must have a minimum 2 years related experience. Must be able to acquire certifications in First Aid.
