About the Role:

B5 Investments LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Night Auditor to join our team in Watsonville, CA. Responsibilities:

Perform nightly audit of all hotel financial transactions and reconcile daily revenue reports
Manage front desk operations during overnight shift, including guest check-ins and check-outs
Balance and verify cash drawers, credit card transactions, and daily ledgers
Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism
Prepare and distribute daily reports to management for morning review
Monitor property security and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for overnight guests
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless shift transitions

Requirements:

Previous hotel front desk, night audit, or hospitality experience preferred
Strong math and accounting skills with attention to detail
Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) is a plus
Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working a consistent overnight schedule
High school diploma or equivalent required
