Job Summary:

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst with AI experience to work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, developers, and data/AI teams. The ideal candidate should have strong business analysis and technical documentation skills, along with practical exposure to AI/ML projects, GenAI, or AI-powered applications.

Responsibilities:

Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
Support AI/ML and GenAI initiatives by documenting use cases, requirements, workflows, and expected outcomes.

Required Skills:

4–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Technical Business Analyst.
Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
Experience working on AI/ML, GenAI, or AI-enabled applications/projects.
Good understanding of APIs, databases, data flows, and software development lifecycle.
Experience with SQL and basic data analysis.
Experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria in Agile environments.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
Strong communication and analytical skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, chatbots, NLP, or AI automation.

Exposure to Azure AI, AWS AI/ML, OpenAI, or similar AI platforms.
Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
Experience working with product or engineering teams.
