Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Resort Manager to oversee the comprehensive operations of our premier hospitality destination. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary leader responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining operational excellence, and driving financial performance. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between our strategic vision and daily execution, fostering a culture of service excellence while managing diverse teams across all departments. This position is critical to sustaining our reputation as a top-tier destination, requiring a blend of strategic foresight and hands-on leadership to navigate the unique challenges of the resort environment.

Responsibilities

  • Direct all daily resort operations, ensuring seamless coordination between housekeeping, front office, and maintenance departments.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction scores and drive repeat business.
  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate department heads to cultivate a high-performing team culture aligned with organizational values.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and regulatory standards throughout the property.
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee procurement processes to maintain quality and cost-efficiency.
  • Resolve complex guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, turning potential issues into opportunities for loyalty.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align operational capabilities with promotional campaigns and seasonal events.
