Position Responsibilities: 

  • Implement enterprise-wide Business Leadership development strategy, philosophy, and curriculum framework to drive business results, strengthen the leadership pipeline, and reinforce the company’s culture and values
  • Own and steward the Leadership Development Philosophy and Curriculum Framework, including standards, benchmarks, and enterprise-wide guidance by setting standards, enabling consistency, and ensuring flexibility to meet business needs
  • Serve as the functional subject matter expert for leadership development solutions, including frameworks, tools, and supporting technologies and conduct needs assessments and gap analyses for the company, translating findings into clear, actionable recommendations for senior and functional leaders
  • Design and facilitate leadership learning experiences, i.e., instructor-led, virtual, and webinars, etc., applying adult learning principles and managing ongoing content updates as well as launch and manage scalable E-Learning programs for leadership to support on-demand development through the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Lead and continuously improve onboarding programs that reinforce the company’s values and accelerate readiness for new employees and new people leaders
  • Use data and insights to continuously improve solutions and demonstrate measurable value to the business as well as measure and communicate leadership development effectiveness, including adoption, leader readiness, and business impact
  • Travel up to 50%
  • Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 10 plus years of related experience and 6 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 13 plus years of specific experience and 8 plus years of leadership experience.

Preferred Education and Experience: 

  • Master’s Degree
