The General Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine and corrective maintenance across multiple properties. Supports plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general upkeep to ensure safe, clean, and tenant-ready environments.

Pay Rate:聽$31-$35 per hour

Schedule: M-F 8:30-5:30
Responsibilities
路 Perform scheduled general maintenance across properties
路 Complete light plumbing repairs (unclog drains, replace faucets)
路 Perform light electrical work (replace outlets, switches, fixtures)
路 Conduct minor carpentry, drywall patching, and painting
路 Document work orders in mobile systems
路 Maintain cleanliness and safety of mechanical rooms and common areas
路 Identify and report larger issues requiring vendor support
路 Respond to service requests and emergencies as needed
Qualifications
路 High school diploma or GED
路 Valid California driver鈥檚 license
路 Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge
路 Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
路 Familiarity with mobile work order systems
