Location: Irvine, CA – 100% onsite
Department: Operations
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-time
Pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour
Employment: Full-time, temp-to-hire  

About the Position

Quest International is looking for an organized and dependable Inventory Clerk to support our Operations team.

This position is responsible for receiving products and materials, preparing orders for shipment, maintaining inventory records, and keeping warehouse locations organized.

Responsibilities

• Receive and organize products, parts, and materials
• Pick and prepare orders for shipping
• Review shipping and receiving documents
• Enter inventory information into company systems
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Keep warehouse locations organized
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Work with other Operations team members as needed

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, or similar experience
• Basic computer and data-entry skills
• Experience with shipping labels, packing slips, or inventory records
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable working onsite in Irvine
• Able to work Monday through Friday

Preferred Experience

Experience with inventory systems, warehouse systems, shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment is helpful.

Compensation

$20.00–$22.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
