TRL11, Inc. is a venture-backed aerospace startup developing advanced video technology for space applications. As a growing company building in a high-reliability environment, we are looking for someone who can help strengthen the systems, processes, and supplier relationships that keep critical materials moving.

This is an opportunity to join a small but mighty team where your work will have broad visibility and day-to-day impact. The role is well suited to an early- to mid-career professional who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and is excited to contribute across multiple parts of the procurement function in a fast-moving startup setting.

In this role, you will help support the flow of materials and purchasing activity that enables our team to build and deliver advanced aerospace technology. You will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, helping bring structure, consistency, and follow-through to core procurement and materials operations.

Responsibilities
  • Support purchasing, supply chain management, materials planning, and inventory management.
  • Generate reports about the status of procurement, material readiness, and inventory shortages.
  • Onboard and manage suppliers in a specific category.
  • Contribute across the full procurement stack alongside a small but capable team.
Required Qualifications
  • Degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience across purchasing, supply chain management, materials planning, and inventory management.
  • Experience working in the aerospace and defense industry or another high-reliability industry such as automotive, medical, or semiconductor.
  • Experience partnering with engineering, manufacturing, quality, suppliers, and program management stakeholders.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, materials planning, or inventory management is preferred.
  • Experience implementing an ERP system is a strong plus.
  • Hands-on supplier quality experience, including supplier qualification, managing supplier corrective actions, and working with nonconforming material or incoming quality issues.
  • Ability to lift up to 45 lbs unassisted is a plus.
