SHB is seeking a Paralegal to join its growing litigation practice, which involves various phases of litigation.
Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate with two or more years of litigation experience, or no degree/certificate with six or more years of experience.
Experience with large document production, discovery, interviewing witnesses and experts, drafting pleadings, and subpoenaing records is required.
Preference will be given to applicants with experience in large-scale multi-party litigation.
The position may require travel and offers a challenging, rewarding, and fun atmosphere for professional growth.

We are seeking a Paralegal with experience in all phases of litigation including experience with large document production, discovery, interviewing of witnesses and experts, drafting pleadings and subpoenaing records to become a member of this winning practice group and join one of the fastest moving areas of the law. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate and two plus years of litigation experience or no degree/certificate and six plus years of experience. Experience in all phases of trial and trial preparation including experience with large document production, discovery, interviewing of witnesses and experts, drafting pleadings and subpoenaing records required. Large-scale multi-party litigation preferred. Travel required.
