Summary:
We are looking for a high-performing Engineer II to join our E-Commerce and Martech pod, working across a modern stack including Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), MuleSoft, and headless CMS platforms. In this role, you will be a hands-on engineer responsible for building, integrating, and optimizing digital experiences. You will work closely with a Tech Lead who will guide solution design, while you focus on delivering high-quality, scalable implementations. This is an ideal role for an engineer who is growing into full-stack and platform breadth, enjoys working across systems, and is excited about AI-enabled development and quality ownership (TDD - Test-Driven Development).

Duties and Responsibilities:
Hands-On Development
- Build and maintain features across:Â
- SFCC (including headless implementations via SCAPI)Â
- Next.js and React front-end applicationsÂ
- MuleSoft APIs and integrationsÂ
- Contribute to integrations between commerce, marketing, and CMS platformsÂ
Execute on Technical Designs
- Implement solutions defined by the Tech Lead and architecture teamÂ
- Translate technical designs into clean, maintainable, and scalable codeÂ
- Participate in design discussions and provide input based on implementation feasibilityÂ
Engineer-Owned Quality
- Own the quality of your work end-to-end:Â
- Write unit tests and integration tests for all featuresÂ
- Ensure code meets performance and reliability standardsÂ
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate development, test creation, and debuggingÂ
Collaboration in a Pod Model
- Work closely with engineers, product, and marketing stakeholdersÂ
- Contribute to a high-accountability, fast-moving pod environmentÂ
- Actively participate in code reviews and team knowledge sharingÂ
Analytics & Performance Support
- Support implementation of tracking and analytics tools such as:Â
- Google AnalyticsÂ
- Google Tag ManagerÂ
- Assist in optimizing performance using tools like AkamaiÂ
Core Technical Skills:
- 3–5 years of software engineering experienceÂ
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (or similar e-commerce platforms)Â
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks like Next.js and React
- Familiarity with API-based architectures and integrations (experience with MuleSoft is a plus)Â
- Understanding of SCAPI or similar headless commerce APIsÂ
