What You’ll Do:

• Tour prospective residents and showcase apartment homes and community amenities
• Build relationships with prospects and convert leads into leases
• Follow up with prospects through phone, email, and text communications
• Assist with resident retention and renewal efforts
• Support community marketing and outreach initiatives
• Maintain accurate leasing and resident records
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, and guests

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Sales, leasing, hospitality, retail, or customer-facing experience preferred
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for helping people and building relationships
• Bilingual Fluency (English/Spanish) a plus!
• Valid Driver's License and insured operable vehicle (Mileage Reimbursement offered)
