Job Description
Astura鈥檚 QC Inspector will perform various inspection techniques of medical devices. This position will report to the Quality Assurance Manager.
Job Responsibilities
路 Mechanical measurements using; micrometer, caliper, comparator, misc. gauges.
路 Visual inspection using finish gauges
路 Functional inspection using hard gauges
路 Documenting and processing of inspection data and documentation
Requirements
Qualifications
路 Understanding of measurement techniques and metrology: Caliper, Micrometer, Pin Gauges, Block Gauges, Optical Comparator
路 Good arithmetic skills required
路 GD&T experience is desired
路 Detail oriented
路 Organized
路 Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office Products: Excel, Word
路 Must have good English written and verbal communication skills
路 Experience in medical devices or aerospace is desired
Education and Experience
路 Minimum of 3 years in all job responsibilities listed above (proficiency test will be conducted)
路 High School Diploma or equivalent
Wage
$23-$25/hr
