Job involves assisting the department administrative assistant and CSCRE faculty with office
support duties including:
• copying and scanning materials
• light typing and data entry
• updating Excel spreadsheets regarding course schedules, majors & minors lists, and CSCRE
Discussion Series mailing
• answering inquiries via phone and walk-ins
• running errands on campus
• assisting with special projects as needed
• poster distribution
• website and social media updates
• poster design (if/when applicable)
• assist faculty and/or office with assignments and special projects
Hours per week are 5 - 10 and could vary within that range during the course of the semester
depending on department need; days/times are negotiable and will be set at the beginning of
the semester depending on student’s availability and department’s needs.
