Requirements:Ā 

The ICSM Teaching Assistant for the Innovation Scholars Ithaca SeminarĀ will provide short-term assistance to support student engagement and assist students with devising and implementing ā€œInnovation Sprintā€ projects with relevance to the campus community.Ā 

Duties and Responsibilities:

1) support the ICSM instructor in and out of class sessions,

2) assist students with their conception, refinement, and implementation of a short-term campus innovation project; and
3) provide guidance and support for students in the Innovation Scholar Program.Ā 
Required Qualifications:
  • Completion of the ICSM Innovation Scholars course with a grade of A or above
  • Strong academic record with an interdisciplinary focus (i.e., major and minor in different schools or disciplines, student club participation)
  • Ability to commit to total of 24 hours of assistance throughout the semester during days and times needed for the course
  • Demonstrated reliability and communication skills
  • Strong interest in sustainability and social justice
