BizFirst is assisting our clientwith recruiting a skilled and experienced Target Analyst Reporter. Thisposition supports the following program: a signals intelligence (SIGINT)mission support program that provides collection systems engineering, targetdevelopment, analysis, reporting, and mission software development for anIntelligence Community customer. The position is onsite at Fort Meade, MD, andthe role is open now for an immediate start.

Our client is a Service-DisabledVeteran-Owned Small Business that has supported U.S. defense and intelligencemissions since 2012. Its systems, software, and data science engineers workside by side with government teams to model, design, integrate, and deploycomplex mission systems, and the company also builds rugged RF hardware forspecialized SIGINT applications. Led by a U.S. Navy veteran with more than 30years of DoD mission experience, the company supports programs alongside manyof the largest national security integrators and has a long-establishedpresence in Maryland near Fort Meade.

What will you do

Turn information from manysources into timely, high-quality intelligence reporting. You will synthesizeinformation from disparate sources, identify analytic vectors using yourknowledge of relevant technologies and topics, and produce reporting that followsadvanced intelligence reporting policies, including post-publication actionsand requests for information (RFIs). This role suits a target analyst reporterwith at least eight years of experience supporting the Intelligence Communityor the U.S. military.

Responsibilities:

  • Synthesize information from disparate sources toproduce timely, high-quality intelligence.
  • Identify analytic vectors using knowledge of relevanttechnologies and topics.
  • Produce intelligence reporting in line with establishedreporting policies.
  • Handle post-publication actions and respond to requestsfor information (RFIs).
  • Stay current on the technologies and topics tied toassigned targets.

Requirements:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph or above.
  • Eight (8) years of experience performing as a TargetAnalyst supporting the Intelligence Community or U.S. military. Candidates withor without a degree are considered; the experience requirement is the same.
  • Experience synthesizing information from disparatesources to produce timely, high-quality intelligence.
  • Experience identifying analytic vectors.
  • Knowledge of the technologies and topics used toidentify analytic vectors.
  • Familiarity with advanced intelligence reportingpolicies, such as post-publication actions and RFIs.
  • Ability to work onsite at Fort Meade, MD.

Desired Skills

  • Formal SIGINT reporting training or reporterqualification.
  • Military intelligence background, such as Army 35N,Navy CTR, or Air Force 1N2.
  • Experience with SIGINT and collateral reportrepositories.
