Requirements

  • Adult & Teen Challengegraduate (recent graduates preferred).
  • Demonstratedcommitment to personal recovery, spiritual growth, and Christian values.
  • Able tomaintain confidentiality, healthy boundaries, and a supportive presence.
  • Servant-hearted,patient, and compassionate—committed to encouraging others with humility andrespect.
  • Availabilityfor flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
  • Able tocomplete routine operational tasks as needed.
