The Women’sProgram Staff Intern serves alongside staff to support the day-to-day life of awomen’s residential recovery program. This internship is designed for recent Adult & Teen Challenge graduates who feel called to grow in servant leadership whileencouraging women as they pursue freedom, healing, and lasting transformation.

Interns help cultivate a safe, structured, and hope-filled home whereresidents can grow spiritually and personally, while gaining practicalexperience in ministry-focused support and program operations.

Requirements

• Adult & Teen Challengegraduate (recent graduates preferred).
  
• Demonstratedcommitment to personal recovery, spiritual growth, and Christian values.
  
• Able tomaintain confidentiality, healthy boundaries, and a supportive presence.
  
• Servant-hearted,patient, and compassionate—committed to encouraging others with humility andrespect.
  
• Availabilityfor flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
  
• Able tocomplete routine operational tasks as needed.
