Baptist Health is hiring a GYN/Uro Clinical Resource Coordinator to join the Main OR team at Baptist Downtown.  This is a full-time opportunity with 4 10 hour shifts/week, 6am-4:30pm.

Clinical Resource Coordinator, Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for specific specialty for coordination, preparation of assigned rooms/cases, assessment of patients, anticipation of needs of the case

  • Facilitates any special needs of the surgeon, meets with vendors and keeps preference sheets current

  • Is the specialist for a given service

  • Is able to perform any role in the service - scrub, assist or circulate

  • Facilitates timely turnovers and 1st case starts

Experience Requirements:

  • 3-5 Years of Perioperative Nursing Experience Required.

Education & Credential Requirements:

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Required

  • Licensed Registered Nurse Required

  • Associate of Science, Nursing
