The Delivery Source is looking for dependable, experienced furniture movers and installers to join our team in Jacksonville, FL.

If you've worked for a moving company, furniture delivery company, or white-glove delivery service and know how to safely handle furniture inside customers' homes, you could be a great fit.

This is not an entry-level position. Professional, hands-on furniture moving, delivery, or installation experience is required.

We specialize in white-glove furniture delivery and installation for interior designers, luxury residences, model homes, and commercial projects throughout Northeast Florida.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in doing things right, handles furniture and finished interiors with care, and enjoys being part of a dependable, hardworking team.

What You'll Be Doing

Load, transport, unload, assemble, and install furniture and home furnishings
Safely move and maneuver furniture through residential and commercial spaces, including stairs and tight areas
Properly wrap, protect, and secure furniture during loading and transportation
Assemble and install beds, dining tables, desks, shelving, and other furnishings using hand and power tools
Protect furniture, floors, walls, doorways, and finished surfaces from damage
Inspect furniture for damage, missing hardware, and assembly concerns
Follow manufacturer instructions and designer or client directions
Work closely with delivery crew members to complete installations safely and efficiently
Provide professional, courteous service in high-end homes and commercial spaces
Remove packaging materials and leave installation areas clean
Drive company delivery vehicles when assigned
Assist with furniture receiving, inspections, inventory, staging, organization, and general warehouse operations when deliveries are lighter
Help maintain company trucks, tools, moving blankets, straps, and equipment

Required Qualifications

Previous professional furniture moving, delivery, or installation experience is required.

Experience safely loading, securing, and transporting furniture in trucks
Experience moving furniture through residential spaces without damaging furnishings or surrounding property
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to meet company vehicle driving eligibility requirements
Comfortable using basic hand and power tools for furniture assembly
Ability to safely lift and maneuver heavy furniture as part of a team
Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
Professional and respectful when working in customers' homes
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Willingness to work as part of a team and help wherever needed
Comfortable performing physically demanding work throughout the day
Willingness to assist with warehouse operations as needed

We're especially interested in candidates with experience in professional moving, residential furniture delivery, white-glove delivery, furniture installation, or furniture assembly.

Schedule & Compensation

Full-time, Monday–Friday
Typical hours: 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
No required weekends
$19–$24/hour, based on relevant skills and experience
Opportunities for tips and performance incentives
Paid weekly
