Position Overview

Triad Financial Services is a leading provider of financial services and solutions, serving clients nationwide. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Investor Reporting Manager to join our growing team.

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for all operations within Triad’s Investor Reporting department, including daily and weekly transactions, support the month-end close process, monthly reconciliations and validation of the monthly investor remittances.
  • Provides support for the development and implementation of strategic plans for the manufactured home mortgage servicing division.
  • Manage all servicing transfers inbound, internal, and outbound for tracking and reconciliation.
  • Monitor and support the servicing of Triad’s Freddie Mac loan portfolio.
  • Develop policies and procedures for servicing manufactured home loans as it relates to Investor Reporting.
  • Monitor regulatory changes affecting servicing to ensure compliance and competitive positioning.
  • Build and maintain relationships with investor clients, manufactured home dealers, builders, and other industry stakeholders.
  • Provide support for investor clients to remit funds for corporate advances. Ensure investors remit payment monthly and handle any disputes that may arise.
  • Work with accounting regarding any investor relations needed between accounting and servicing.
  • Monitor and facilitate any changes in monthly investors. (Adding, Deleting, Mergers and Acquisitions)
  • Facilitate opening custodial bank accounts for each investor and ensure accurate reporting for each custodial account that is set up in MSP servicing platform.
  • Review and contribute to new Servicing contracts to monitor and track changes.
  • Assist Cash Manager with any MSP platform reporting issues that may arise.
  • Responsible for any employee development regarding investor relations.
  • Ensure all MSP daily balancing occurs and tracked accordingly.
  • Ensure that all system maintenance is completed timely and accurately.
  • Support senior management with projects as needed. 
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics for investor reporting for daily operations.
  • Assist with Servicing projects as needed.
  • Maintain and monitor regulatory filings as needed for Servicing. 


Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: 

  • 5+ years of accounting/finance background.
  • In-depth understanding of the manufactured housing market and related financial regulations a plus


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

  • Strong knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, and other mortgage loan products for manufacture home underwriting guidelines
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with industry partners, clients, and stakeholders
  • Commitment to maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
