The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, professional, and passionate about providing excellent patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment. Position Summary The Medical Assistant will support our providers and clinical team in delivering high-quality care to patients experiencing spine and pain-related conditions. This position will work closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure an efficient and positive patient experience. Key Responsibilities Greet and room patients in a professional and compassionate manner Obtain and document patient medical histories, medications, vital signs, and other clinical information Assist providers with examinations and procedures Prepare treatment and procedure rooms Coordinate patient flow and help maintain efficient clinic operations Assist with scheduling, referrals, and obtaining necessary medical records Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR) Communicate with patients regarding appointments, instructions, and follow-up care Assist with injections and other office-based procedures as directed and within scope of practice Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appropriate supplies in clinical areas Follow HIPAA, OSHA, infection-control, and office safety standards Provide exceptional customer service and maintain patient confidentiality Perform other clinical and administrative duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Medical Assistant certification preferred Previous medical office or clinical experience preferred Experience in orthopedics, pain management, neurology, or a similar specialty is a plus Knowledge of medical terminology and basic clinical procedures Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Ability to work effectively as part of a team Professional, dependable, and patient-focused Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who is friendly, reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to patient care.
