Peoplr is seeking a Senior Policy Administrator for our client,Westport HRH LLC, a financial-administrative services company specializing in insuranceexpertise. This job is ideal for resourceful, solutions-oriented projectleaders who thrive in fast-paced, task-driven environments. The Senior PolicyAdministrator is a full-time, regular role. The chosen candidate will workfully onsite during the initial onboarding and training period, after whichthey may be eligible for a hybrid schedule, determined by their ability toindependently and consistently perform the requirements of the role.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

As a Senior Policy Administrator, you will…

  • Administerand service Corporate-Owned Life Insurance (COLI), Bank-Owned Life Insurance (BOLI),and non-qualified benefit plan policies
  • Manageend-to-end claims administration
  • Overseeparticipant administration activities, providing exceptional service andsupport for participant inquiries and requests
  • Leadclient onboarding, implementation, and project coordination efforts to ensuresuccessful new business installations and smooth transitions
  • Supportinsurance administration platforms, reporting, and illustration managementwhile partnering with stakeholders to improve processes and translate businessrequirements into effective solutions

Required Qualifications

  • 7+years of experience in insurance, financial services, accounting, or relatedoperational field
  • Excellenttask management abilities; able to effectively manage and prioritize multipleincoming requests and respond within time guidelines
  • Top-notchtime management skills; ability to quickly digest complex information andrespond in a timely manner
  • Strongproject leadership skills
  • Abilityto work and solve problems independently, while knowing when to collaborate andseek additional input
  • Technicalproficiency; unafraid to work with software, identify problems, and report totechnical teams
  • MicrosoftOffice familiarity, specifically Excel
  • Familiarityand resourcefulness with various websites for research and processing
  • Excellentcommunication skills; confidence in connecting with external clients andinternal leadership
  • Bachelor’sdegree

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experiencein life insurance administration, such claims management, participant services,policy administration, and/or working with insurance carriers, brokers,participants, and institutional clients
  • Proficiencywith Microsoft Access
