Program Manager, Transformation

The Transformation Program Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, cross-functional Global Business Services Transformation. This role serves as the central point of accountability for program execution, ensuring alignment between strategy, scope, resources, timelines, risk management, financial performance, and value realization in conjunction with a consulting partner.

The successful candidate is an experienced transformation leader who excels in navigating ambiguity, partnering with senior leaders, and orchestrating complex programs across multiple workstreams in multiple regions.
