What You’ll Do

Lead and support Erosion Control Installation (ECI) crews in the field
Ensure quality work, safety, and productivity across job sites
Communicate daily goals, job expectations, and schedules to crews
Coordinate daily work orders and review completed work with management
Work with Operations and Area Managers to maintain vehicles, equipment, and inventory
Manage and coordinate rental equipment as needed
Deliver excellent customer service while meeting project timelines

What We’re Looking For

Experience leading and motivating crews
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with a positive leadership mindset
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required
