Job DetailsJob Location: Jacksonville, FL 32246Position Type: TemporaryJob Shift: 8:00am - 5:00pmJob Summary The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team with a variety of administrative and operational activities across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, compliance, and HR projects. This internship provides hands-on exposure to multiple Human Resources disciplines and offers an opportunity to develop professional skills, gain practical HR experience, and contribute to the organization's people-focused initiatives and business objectives.  Essential Functions, Duties, and responsibilities          •           Assist with recruiting activities, including posting positions, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. •           Support employee lifecycle processes, including but not limited to including onboarding, offboarding, and personnel record management. •           Assist with data entry and updates in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). •           Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and company events. •           Assist with training coordination, including scheduling sessions, tracking attendance, and preparing materials. •           Conduct research and gather information for HR projects and process improvements. •           Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other HR-related documents. •           Support compliance efforts by maintaining confidential records and assisting with audits as needed. •           Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information and HR records. •           Respond to routine employee inquiries and direct questions to appropriate HR team members. •           Assist with updating HR policies, procedures, and employee communications as needed. •           Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. QualificationsEducation and Experience Requirements •           Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field. •           Junior, Senior, or graduate-level student preferred.  Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities •           Strong organizational and time management skills. •           Excellent verbal and written communication skills. •           Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. •           Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. •           Strong attention to detail and accuracy. •           Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. •           Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
