As an Auto Parts Specialist, you’ll help retail and commercial customers find the right parts, answer questions, and keep vehicles on the road. Automotive experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.

What You’ll Do

• Help customers at the counter and over the phone
• Look up and recommend the right auto parts
• Use computers and parts catalogs
• Process sales and payments
• Handle special orders and inventory
• Help with deliveries when needed
• Keep the store stocked, organized, and customer-ready
• Work with your team to solve customer needs
• Follow safety procedures and participate in safety huddles

What You Bring

• Automotive knowledge or a willingness to learn
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable using computers
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented
• High school diploma or GED
• 18+ years old
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving history

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
• Stand, walk, bend, and move throughout your shift
• Work indoors and outdoors as needed
