We are looking for an experienced Senior Ecommerce Executive to lead and build the ecommerce segment for an established jewellery brand launching its online business. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in setting up ecommerce operations from scratch, driving online sales, managing marketplaces, and creating a seamless customer buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and manage the company’s ecommerce business from the ground level.
Develop ecommerce strategy for website sales, marketplaces, and social commerce platforms.
Coordinate with website developers/designers for ecommerce website setup, product pages, and smooth user experience.
Manage product listings, pricing, stock updates, descriptions, and images across all online channels.
Handle marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, or jewellery-specific portals.
Plan and execute online marketing campaigns including Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and promotions.
Drive customer acquisition, repeat sales, and revenue growth through digital channels.
Monitor order processing, logistics, returns, and customer service for smooth operations.
Analyze sales data, website traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior to improve performance.
Build SOPs and processes for ecommerce operations, reporting, and team management.
Coordinate with internal teams such as production, inventory, sales, and marketing.
Ensure brand presentation, premium customer experience, and trust-building online.

Requirements

4+ years experience in Ecommerce, preferably in Jewellery, Fashion, Luxury, or Lifestyle brands.
Experience in launching ecommerce business from scratch is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar ecommerce platforms.
Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, and online marketplaces.
Good understanding of digital marketing, SEO, performance ads, and analytics tools.
Knowledge of product photography, cataloguing, and luxury branding presentation.
Strong commercial mindset with focus on revenue growth.
Excellent coordination, planning, and leadership skills.
Understanding of jewellery products, diamond/gold categories, and customer buying behavior is an advantage.
