Job Details: Job Location: Adams Farm Living Inc - Jamestown, NC, Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Shift: Weekend, Job Category: Nurse, supervise nursing activities of his/her nursing station on each shift; organize and assign jobs to be accomplished on each shift based upon resident population, staff qualifications, and physical structure; make rounds to observe and evaluate physical, emotional, and social needs of residents; prepare and administer medications; chart as required; give treatments; consults with physicians; communicate with director of nursing and staff.The person holding this position is delegated responsibilities for carrying out the duties and responsibilities in accordance with current existing federal and state regulations and established company policies and procedures.Qualifications: -current unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice-experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation or geriatric nursing preferred-comprehensive knowledge of nursing processes, care planning and clinical assessment-current CPR/BLS certification
