MedWave Healthcare Staffing is seeking CNAs interested in transitioning into an HHA role with an established assisted living community in Jamestown, NY.
This is a great opportunity for CNAs who enjoy working with seniors but are looking for a more manageable workload than typically found in a traditional long-term care facility.
Responsibilities include:
Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care
Support mobility and daily routines
Promote resident independence, comfort, and dignity
Observe and report changes in resident condition
Work collaboratively with the assisted living care team
Qualifications:
CNA certification/experience
Dependable and compassionate approach to resident care
Strong communication and teamwork skills
