Payroll Supervisor - Hybrid

Overview

Location: Hybrid - 3 days in Office, Greensburg, PA 

Job Type: Full Time / Permanent

The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for a Payroll Supervisor. Ideal candidates will have experience supervising a payroll team and handling multi-state payroll taxation and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day payroll operations for multi-state organization
• Execute bi-weekly payroll for hourly, salaried, and executive employees
• Audit payroll to ensure accurate calculations for gross-to-net pay, garnishments, benefits, and tax withholdings
• Ensure adherence to FLSA regulations, time-tracking rules, multi-state compliance and nexus roles
• Lead, train, and mentor the payroll team

Qualifications

Education Required

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience

Experience Required:

• 5 years' work experience processing end-to-end payroll in a multi-state environment
• 2 years of supervisory experience
• Experience with Workday preferred
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
