The ERP Developer is responsible for developing,customizing, integrating, and maintaining the organization’s ERP platform andrelated enterprise applications. This role supports business operations bydelivering scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions that alignwith institutional requirements and digital transformation initiatives. Theposition contributes to continuous system enhancement, process automation, andoperational efficiency through innovative development and technical supportactivities.

Key Responsibilities:

ERP Development & Customization

· Develop, customize, and maintain ERP modules, forms, workflows, and business processes based on operational requirements.

· Design and implement technical solutions within the ERP platform while ensuring scalability and maintainability.

· Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and integrations with internal and external systems.

· Participate in troubleshooting, bug fixing, and performance optimization activities.

System Integration & Technical Support

· Develop and maintain APIs and integrations between ERP systems and other institutional platforms.

· Support data exchange and interoperability between enterprise applications.

· Coordinate with database administrators, infrastructure teams, and application teams to ensure smooth system operations.

· Assist in system upgrades, deployments, and migration activities.

Infrastructure & Technology Stack Support

· Support and maintain the ERP technical environment including application servers, Linux environments, Nginx, and related technologies.

· Monitor system performance and contribute to improving system reliability, security, and availability.

· Ensure coding standards, version control practices, and deployment procedures are properly followed.

· Participate in backup, recovery, and environment management activities in coordination with relevant IT teams.

Process Improvement & Innovation

· Identify opportunities for automation and operational enhancement through technical solutions.

· Contribute innovative ideas and modern development approaches that improve user experience and business efficiency.

· Stay updated with emerging technologies, ERP trends, and best practices related to enterprise application development.

· Support continuous improvement initiatives across business and academic operations.

Compliance & Security

· Ensure ERP developments and integrations comply with organizational IT standards and security requirements.

· Maintain secure coding practices and support vulnerability resolution activities.

· Assist in maintaining system stability, data integrity, and operational continuity.

· Support audit and compliance activities related to enterprise systems.

Collaboration & Communication

· Work closely with business users and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.

· Provide technical support and user guidance when needed.

· Prepare and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions and integrations.

· Coordinate with vendors and external partners when required.

Requirements

Qualification/Certification:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Relevant certifications in ERP technologies, Linux administration, or software development are considered an advantage.

Experience:

0–3 years of experience in ERP development, software development, or enterprise applications.
Experience with ERP systems, especially Odoo, is preferred.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Strong knowledge of Python programming and object-oriented development concepts.
Knowledge of Odoo development framework, including module development, customization, workflows, reports, and integrations.
Familiarity with PostgreSQL databases, APIs, and web technologies.
Knowledge of Git/GitHub version control practices and collaborative development workflows.
Understanding of software development lifecycle and coding best practices.
Basic knowledge of Linux servers, Nginx, and application hosting environments.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and business requirements.
Innovative mindset with the ability to contribute new ideas and improvements.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
