This position is responsible for coordinating Foremen, crews, equipment, trucking, and daily production while ensuring work meets project plans, specifications, schedules, quality standards, and safety expectations.Qualifications: a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb;}tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6;}tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5;}Ideal candidates will have: Extensive heavy civil earthwork and grading experience Previous Superintendent, General Foreman, or Dirt Foreman experience Strong knowledge of mass excavation, cut/fill, compaction, subgrade, and fine grading Strong plan, cross-section, elevation, and grade-reading skills Experience with GPS/machine-control grading systems Strong knowledge of heavy equipment and earthwork production Proven ability to manage multiple crews and Foremen Strong planning, communication, and leadership skills
