Job Description
We are currently hiring an experienced, compassionate, and dependable Caregiver for our Jefferson, Georgia location. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping others, providing quality care, and making a positive difference in clients' lives.Â
The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of caregiving experience, a caring attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to providing safe and respectful care.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities and personal care as needed.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding when needed.
- Support safe mobility and transfers as appropriate.
- Provide medication reminders according to the care plan and company policies.
- Perform light housekeeping related to client care.
- Monitor and report changes in clients' conditions.
- Follow care plans and maintain a safe, clean environment.
- Treat every client with dignity, patience, and respect.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of caregiving experience is required.
- Dependable, punctual, and professional.
- Compassionate and patient, with a genuine desire to help others.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and care plans.
- Must meet applicable background check and hiring requirements.
