Uphold safety and sanitation standards. Portion and quality control.    Qualifications:  Requirements: Prior cooking experience.  Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
