AI AUTOMATION ENGINEERS

We’re building a next-generation AI Payments Engineering Team and are looking for a talented AI Automation Engineers to help shape an AI-native Payments Operating System.

This is an exciting opportunity for engineers who want to move beyond traditional automation and build production-grade AI, agentic workflows and intelligent financial operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design, build and deploy AI/agentic automation workflows across Payments.
  
• Automate high-value processes including reconciliations, audit & reporting, financial analytics, incident automation and least-cost routing.
  
• Develop solutions using Claude/Anthropic APIs, Java/Spring AI and Python.
  
• Build workflow automation using n8n or equivalent platforms.
  
• Work with MCP / multi-agent orchestration and integrate internal & external systems through APIs and data pipelines.
  
• Build solutions that are scalable, production-ready, auditable and compliant.
  
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort while maintaining human oversight and control integrity.
  

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade AI / agentic solutions.
  
• Strong understanding of LLM orchestration, multi-agent systems and AI failure modes in high-stakes environments.
  
• Strong Java/Spring AI and/or Python experience.
  
• Experience with n8n or similar workflow automation tools.
  
• Experience working with AI APIs such as Anthropic/Claude or similar.
  
• Strong systems and architecture thinking across Discovery → Design → Build → Deploy → Optimise.
  
• Ability to bridge business, finance and engineering requirements.
  
• Experience in Finance, Payments or Real-Time Payments is highly advantageous.
  
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a strong ownership and execution mindset.
