General Foreman - Raise Bore Specialist

A site-based Foreman / Supervisor isrequired to coordinate specialist underground drilling activities and leadoperational crews. The role is responsible for safe production, equipment andworkforce coordination, quality execution, reporting and achievement of projectobjectives within schedule and budget.

KeyResponsibilities

·   Supervise and coordinateday-to-day raise-bore / specialist drilling activities on site.

·   Allocate work, monitor crewperformance and ensure safe execution of planned activities.

·   Coordinate equipment, tools,materials and site resources to support operational continuity.

·   Ensure compliance with mineregulations, project procedures, quality standards and client requirements.

·   Monitor progress againstproduction schedules and escalate operational risks or delays early.

·   Maintain accurate shift,production, safety and operational reporting.

·   Coach and guide operationalpersonnel while promoting accountability and safe work practices.

·   Support communication betweensite teams, management and client stakeholders.

Experience& Requirements

·   Relevant technicalqualification in Engineering, Mining, Mechanical or related discipline, orstrong demonstrable practical experience.

·   Minimum 5 years of operationalexperience in mining, industrial or construction environments, includingsupervisory exposure.

·   Sound knowledge of miningoperations, safety regulations and quality-management systems.

·   Demonstrated team leadershipand operational coordination capability.

·   Medically fit for undergroundwork and willing to work shifts, rotations, overtime and extended sitedeployments.

·   Valid driver's licence; clearcriminal record.

Advantageous

·   Direct raise-bore or specialistdrilling experience.

·   Diploma / Certificate inEngineering or technical discipline.

·   Project Managementqualification.

·   Code 10 / PDP and mining-sitedriving experience.
