RoleOverview
An experienced Project Manager is requiredto plan, execute and deliver multidisciplinary engineering and mining projectsfrom initiation through close-out. The role carries accountability for scope,schedule, cost, risk, quality, technical coordination and stakeholderalignment.
KeyResponsibilities
路聽聽 Develop integrated projectplans, schedules, budgets and delivery strategies.
路聽聽 Coordinate engineering,procurement, operations, contractors and other project disciplines.
路聽聽 Monitor project progressagainst scope, schedule, cost, risk and quality requirements.
路聽聽 Lead project governance,stakeholder communication and structured reporting.
路聽聽 Manage project risks, changes,dependencies and corrective actions throughout the project lifecycle.
路聽聽 Ensure engineering deliverablesmeet applicable technical standards and recognised practices.
路聽聽 Drive effective communicationbetween internal teams, contractors, suppliers and client stakeholders.
路聽聽 Support project close-out,handover and lessons-learned processes.
Experience& Requirements
路聽聽 BSc or BEng in Engineering or arelated technical field.
路聽聽 Professional Engineerregistration or eligibility for registration with a recognised engineering bodysuch as ECSA.
路聽聽 Minimum 5 years ofproject-management experience in engineering, mining or drilling environments.
路聽聽 Demonstrated experiencemanaging multidisciplinary projects from initiation through completion.
路聽聽 Advanced knowledge ofproject-management principles, tools and methodologies.
路聽聽 Valid medical certificate /fitness and Code 08 driver's licence.
Advantageous
路聽聽 PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalentproject-management certification.
路聽聽 MS Project or comparableproject-planning software.
路聽聽 AutoCAD or similarengineering-design exposure.
路聽聽 Formal leadership training.
