Thomas Chacko MD PC is looking for a motivated and personable Front Office Support professional to join their team in multiple locations, GA. Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients, ensuring a welcoming and professional front office experience
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, managing calendars efficiently
- Verify insurance information and process patient registration and intake forms
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries
- Collect co-pays, process billing transactions, and maintain accurate patient records
- Travel to various office locations as required to provide front desk support
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and office operations
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a medical front office, healthcare administration, or similar role preferred
- Familiarity with medical scheduling software and EHR/EMR systems
- Knowledge of insurance verification and medical billing basics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple office locations
- Flexible availability for part-time or full-time scheduling
