This role is essential in supporting our lead teachers and ensuring that our students receive the highest quality of care and education.

Key Responsibilities:  
- Assist the lead teacher in daily classroom activities and ensure a safe and positive learning environment.  
- Support the implementation of lesson plans and engage with students in various educational activities.  
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff to create a collaborative community.  
- Monitor and document children's progress and behavior, providing feedback to the lead teacher.  
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom, ensuring that materials and resources are readily available for students.  

Required Qualifications:  
- Experience working with young children in an educational setting.  
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.  
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  

Preferred Qualifications:  
- Prior experience in a preschool or early childhood education environment.  
- Relevant training or certifications in early childhood education.
