Equal Opportunity Employer Cook responsibilities include: •    Use correct tools to prepare all items in accordance with our recipes, plate presentation, and specifications •    Maintain clean area by following sanitation and safety standards •    Ensure product quality, quantity, appearance, and temperature. •    Set up equipment, verification of stock, managing food orders •    Basic reading/writing/verbal communication  •    Able to lift 25-50 lbs.  •    Exert fast-paced mobility for periods up to 8 hours in length •    Requires use of motion that entails, bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists   Qualifications
