Semper Foods is hiring a Food Production Associate in Seminole, FL. Full-time position. Pay: $19–$23 per hour. Join our food production team and help maintain quality and safety standards.

Duties

• Prepare ingredients for production
• Operate basic processing equipment
• Package and label food products
• Inspect products for quality
• Follow production instructions
• Maintain clean workstations
• Report equipment or safety issues

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Stand for extended periods
• Follow food safety procedures
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance required
• Ability to work in a team

Additional Qualifications

• Food manufacturing experience preferred
• Knowledge of GMP standards is a plus
