• Brand-new facility built for efficiency and multiple providers
• Projected production of more than $250,000 per month and about a 96% collections rate
• 9 chairs: 5 restorative and 4 hygiene operatories
• Digital panoramic and cephalometric imaging, with laser technology being added
• 6 dental assistants, dedicated patient coordinators and an experienced office manager
• A strong Missouri Medicaid reimbursement environment

What you need

• Board-certified or board-eligible Pediatric Dentist, or a Pediatrics-Focused General Dentist
• A love of working with children and a growth-oriented, team-first approach
• A Missouri dental license, or willingness to obtain one

Compensation

• Pediatric Dentist: 35% of collections
• Pediatrics-Focused General Dentist: up to 33% of collections, based on production
• Full-time W-2
