Expeditor

About the Role:

The Expeditor plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and timely flow of materials, products, and information throughout the supply chain and production processes. This position is responsible for monitoring order statuses, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, and resolving any delays or issues that could impact delivery schedules.  Ultimately, this role contributes to the overall success of the store and keeping guest happy and good presentation good. 

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Preferred Expo experience.

Responsibilities:

• Track and monitor the progress of guest tickets that come through to Kitchen.
• Communicate regularly with Kitchen to expedite orders and resolve any issues or delays.
• Pulling food, completing the plates and making sure food goes out right and fast.

Skills:

The Expeditor uses strong communication skills daily to liaise effectively with Kitchen ensuring clear and timely information exchange. Organizational skills are essential for managing multiple orders and keeping ticket times under deadlines. Able to work in a fast pace environment.
