Islamic Banking Trainer (Reannounced)

• Good Coordination and implementing learning strategies and programs.
  
• Regular reviews and implement the training plan on a yearly basis based on the needs of the business and the TNA.
  
• To ensure delivering of successful L&D program to all new starters and current employees using a variety of training techniques.
  
• Support the delivery of talent initiatives for the Islamic Training.
  
• To make sure regular implementation of L&D programs on time as per the procedure & Plan.
  
• Ensure full cycle of the Islamic training process, as per the procedure is implemented and reported on a quarterly basis to Head and the documents are reachable by L&D personnel both in soft and hard copies.
  
• Islamic Training presentation should be prepared as per the procedures /norms of AIB.
  
• Maintaining a log for Islamic Banking training during the year.
  
• Training materials have to be reviewed deeply and any concern should be raised to the Sharia Department for further consideration.
  
• Coordinate and support Head of L&D to prepare training schedule, plan and budget,
  
• New Joiners and refreshers trainings must be conducted on regular basis for both new comers and existing employees.
  
• Islamic session must be assessed and evaluated and all the record must be archived.
  
• Perform any other duty related to general training programs in a support role if needed and as advised by Head of L&D.
  
• Working on his skills and knowledge regularly for the Islamic or Sharia updates.
  
• Exercise confidentially and discretion with the areas of assignment is expected.
  

• Ensure the regular implementation of Onboarding program as per the procedure.
  
• Ensure new hires in provincial branches are contacted and necessary support is provided on time.
  
• Ensure full cycle of the onboarding process, as per the procedure is implemented and reported on quarterly basis to HoD and the documents are reachable by L&D personnel both in soft and hard copies.
  

• Maintain accurate records of Islamic related session and event /activity in compliance policy and procedures.
  
• Enhancing and designing Islamic training content or any related materials in soft, scan and hard copies and the easy access to bank employees.
  
• Ensure safety of the training documents at all times and easy access to L&D staff.
  
• Exercise confidentially and discretion with the areas of assignment is expected.
  
• Perform any other duty related to trainings assigned by Head of L&D.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Islamic Finance, Shariah, Business and relevant fields.
  
• Professional certificates in Islamic banking are preferred
  
• English Diploma / certificate
  

• 3 to 5 years of work experience in banking or training (related field).
  

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office including accurate data inputting.
  
• Data Analysis and report writing
  
• General understanding of L&D and Islamic/ Sharia activities
  
• Teaching skills to explain hard ideas in simple ways
  
• Knowledge of local languages and English.
